PR Snapshot
You’ve never tried PR and you’re just a little bit sceptical about the point of it. If that sounds like you, why not try our PR Snapshot package?
This package is great value for money and an extremely cost effective way to find out if PR will work for you and your organisation.
What you get...
Training
The equivalent of a half a day’s training, (usual cost of £320), two of our training sessions offer you a vital insight into how the PR discipline operates and how you can get the most value for your hard earned cash. You can run the two sessions individually or on the same day, for a maximum of 10 people (per session) at your company.
For more information on the two sessions offered (below), please see our PR training page.

Please note: You are required to provide an appropriate venue for the training.
PR aims and objectives
We will meet with you to discuss your business objectives and develop your aims and objectives for your PR Snapshot media work. This discussion will also include how we would like to measure and evaluate the project’s success.
Target media identification: which publications do you need to get your name in?
Once we have agreed your aims and objectives, we will develop a media list with media profiles and contact details for your organisation and agree the key media to be approached for the press release.
Finding and placing the stories
A vital part of any PR work is finding a good story to pitch to the media. We will advise you – honestly - of what will make a good story. If there isn’t a publishable story, we won’t take your money. For PR to work cost effectively there has to be something an editor will want to print.
When we’ve found a good angle, we’ll work up an appropriate media release outline and we’ll write the copy, distribute it and follow it up to endeavour to achieve maximum coverage.
Evaluation: how successful was the press release and its coverage?
Once we have completed the elements above, with your help, we will evaluate how successful the project has been and let you make your own mind up about if you’d like to undertake future PR activities.
Costs
If you purchased these PR elements separately, the total cost would be £620, however, as part of the PR Snapshot package the cost is only £470, saving £150.
Additional costs:
· Bampton Communications charges travel expenses at 40p per mile
· If you book an external venue for the training/briefing/seminar sessions, you will incur a cost.
